1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Lease.ma SARL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Renter") and Lease.ma SARL (the "Company"). Please read these terms carefully before completing your reservation.

The rental agreement begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends when the vehicle is returned to an authorized location and inspected by our staff.

2. Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, drivers must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 years
  • Present a valid credit card in the primary driver's name
  • Provide valid identification (passport or government-issued ID)
  • Have no major traffic violations in the past 3 years

  • It's forbidden to smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes inside the car. A 100 Euro fine may apply if the vehicle smells of smoke.

    • 3. Vehicle Use Restrictions

    The rented vehicle may NOT be used:

    • For any illegal purpose or in commission of any crime
    • To transport passengers or goods for hire
    • To push, tow, or propel any other vehicle or trailer
    • In any race, speed test, or contest
    • By anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Outside the country without prior written authorization
    • Off paved roads or on terrain for which the vehicle is not designed
    • By anyone not listed on the rental agreement as an authorized driver

    4. Insurance & Liability

    Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. This includes:

    • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with applicable deductible
    • Third Party Liability Insurance
    • Theft Protection with applicable deductible

    The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the deductible amount. Additional coverage options are available to reduce or eliminate the deductible.

    The renter is fully liable for any damage resulting from violations of these terms, including but not limited to driving under the influence, unauthorized use, or using the vehicle outside permitted areas.

    5. Fuel Policy

    Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will be applied at current market rates plus a service fee.

    Electric and hybrid vehicles should be returned with the same charge level as at pickup.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the following fees:

    • 24-48 hours before pickup: 25% of rental cost
    • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of rental cost
    • No-show: 100% of rental cost

    7. Privacy & Data

    We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our data collection practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or vehicles.

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
