How do I make a reservation?

Making a reservation is easy! Simply browse our available cars, select your preferred vehicle, choose your rental dates, and complete the booking form. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Log into your account or contact our customer support team for assistance. Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and a valid ID or passport. International customers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their home country license.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Cash payments are accepted at select locations only.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. The price you see includes the base rental rate and all mandatory fees. Optional extras like insurance upgrades, GPS, or child seats are clearly listed separately.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies depending on the vehicle category. This deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.

During Your Rental

What is included in the rental?

All rentals include unlimited mileage (on most vehicles), basic insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, and regular maintenance. Fuel is not included; vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as pickup.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement for a small daily fee. All additional drivers must meet our rental requirements and be present at the time of pickup with valid documentation.

What happens if the car breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience any mechanical issues, call our emergency hotline immediately. We'll arrange for assistance or a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.

Return & After Rental

Can I return the car to a different location?

Yes, one-way rentals are available between many of our locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off locations. This option can be selected during the booking process.

What if I return the car late?

We offer a 30-minute grace period for returns. After that, late fees will apply. If you know you'll be late, please contact us to extend your rental and avoid additional charges.
